Okay, so, first off, Hubert de Givenchy? Total legend. I mean, the guy dressed Audrey Hepburn. *Audrey Hepburn*! And those iconic moments? Forget about it! Talk about timeless. But, like, it’s not just about the history, ya know?
I saw something about their Fall 2022 Ready-to-Wear… Jackets and coats? Elegance. Seriously, the word “elegance” just popped into my head and I don’t even USE that word. Usually. My brain is a potato.
And then you got their new collections…Tops, Skirts, Dresses… They all say “blending timeless” in the description. Which, yeah, I guess is true. But it’s more than that, right? It’s like…timeless with a dash of “OMG, I need that NOW!”
The men’s ready-to-wear is pretty cool too. My brother, he’s kinda into that whole designer thing, and he was showing me some of their stuff. I didn’t really understand, but it looked neat. I mean, I don’t know, it’s just…stuff.
Like, I saw a dress the other day on some fashion blogger, and it was Givenchy, of course. It was, like, simple, but SO not simple, if that makes any sense? It’s like they take these classic shapes and then just… *bam!* …suddenly it’s, like, the most amazing thing you’ve ever seen. Maybe it was the lighting. Or the blogger was really beautiful. I don’t know.
Honestly, sometimes I think about saving up all my pennies and just buying one amazing Givenchy piece. Maybe a little black dress? Or a really killer skirt? I don’t know, something I could wear forever and just feel…you know…*GIVENCHY*.
