I mean, three years ago, someone named Chloe Beth (or maybe it’s Chloe Beth *Designs*? The internet is confus-ing) was just slangin’ patched hats at pop-ups before it was, y’know, a *thing*. Now? Options, options, *everywhere*. Good for her, I guess. Entrepreneurial spirit and all that jazz.
Then you got this Iorgoni workshop mentioned. Sounds fancy. Apparently, they’re hand-making these Chloe hats. I’m picturing tiny Italian nonnas meticulously sewing away, but that’s probably just me. The blurb says they use 100% rabbit fur felt. Rabbit FUR? Okay, I’m kinda on the fence about that. I’m not a *huge* animal person, but I’m not a *fan* of hurting them for clothes. You get me? But like, the material does sound versatile, so… shrug.
And then there’s the whole “Panama Hat Chloé” thing. I don’t know if that’s a specific *style* or just a brand thing? Maybe it’s both? I’m already lost. I *think* it’s a different type of hat. I saw it mentioned with the Spring-Summer 2024 Chloe show. Which, okay, fashion shows. I just don’t *get* ’em, ya know? Like, who actually wears that stuff in real life?
EBay’s got Chloe hats too, apparently. “Wide range” and “unbeatable prices.” Yeah, okay, eBay. I trust them as far as I can throw them. Probably lots of knock-offs in there. Proceed with caution, people.
And FARFETCH… oh lord, FARFETCH. That’s where you go when you wanna spend a *lot* of money on clothes. I’m assuming the Chloe hats there are, like, the *real deal* Chloe hats. But honestly? I’d probably rather buy a knock-off and use the extra money on, like, pizza. Priorities, amirite?
Oh! And someone made a *crochet* Chloe bucket hat pattern! That’s kinda cute, actually. I might be able to do that. I can kinda crochet, but I tend to lose count and end up with… well, abstract art, let’s call it that.
The RealReal is selling used Chloe hats. That’s a thing. I guess people buy ’em, wear ’em once, and then decide they’re over it? Luxury consignment, they call it. I call it… well, someone else’s slightly used hat. Not my jam, personally.
